Services Include:

Food & Beverage Facility Audit
  • TCS conducts 130+ point audit covering front and back of the house safety, sanitation, and operations.​
Financial Review
  • TCS will evaluate menus, pricing, COS, payroll, operational expenses, hours of operation, and costing sheets.​
Inventory Evaluation
  • This includes spot checking inventory for proper product levels, the proper rotation of inventory, menu/inventory consolidation, spoilage rates, and tracking and costing.​
Event Calendar
  • TCS will evaluate menus, pricing, COS, payroll, operational expenses, hours of operation, and costing sheets.​
