Compliance regulations and mandates have never been greater in the club and hospitality industry. The fines for noncompliance in areas such as chemical and fertilizer handling, food and beverage preparation and storage, pool maintenance, day care certifications, and more can cost clubs and facilities thousands of dollars and, in worse cases, force it to close its doors. The TCS in-house compliance team will do a full or partial audit of agreed upon areas to identify potential risks of noncompliance and advise on methods for resolution.
